About me
Josh Porter is the Director of Information Technology with SD71 (Comox Valley) and currently the SMC Chair and SEC Chair. Like many small/medium-sized school districts, Josh has many roles including the implementation/oversight of MyEducation BC in SD71 along with a team of two L1’s. Josh has worked in the K12 IT sector for the last 19+ years. When not working, he can be found out enjoying the many activities the Comox Valley has to offer.
