Our team of only three people provides MyEdBC support to 270+ schools who have combined 1300+ front office staff spread all across BC. How does our small team manage to answer thousands of tickets each year and thousands of phone calls and do hundreds of individual one-on-one sessions with our schools all while maintaining a 96% "high satisfaction" rating from our schools. Come learn the strategies and tactics that we use on our phone systems, helpdesk systems, and other support systems that you can use in your office to also provide fast and high quality MyEdBC support to your schools and staff.
