Our team of only three people provides MyEdBC support to 270+ schools who have combined 1300+ front office staff spread all across BC. How does our small team manage to answer thousands of tickets each year and thousands of phone calls and do hundreds of individual one-on-one sessions with our schools all while maintaining a 96% "high satisfaction" rating from our schools. Come learn the strategies and tactics that we use on our phone systems, helpdesk systems, and other support systems that you can use in your office to also provide fast and high quality MyEdBC support to your schools and staff. We will also be talking about our strategy in using AI in our helpdesk to currently handle 35% of our tickets.

Attendance in MyEducation BC is set up to record arrivals, departures and absences of students. MyEducation BC is set up to record one attendance record per student per day or per class.  There are two main ways of taking Attendance in MyEducation BC: 1) Daily Attendance or 2) Class Attendance.  Schools may choose to take either form of attendance, or both depending on their requirements.  

Join this session to see a brief demonstration of both class and daily attendance procedures from the school and teacher views, multi-add function, joining classes for attendance purposes and so much more. Bring your questions and join the discussion or come share ideas your district is using to ensure accurate attendance records, including school setup and management.
